About John
Born and raised in Wisconsin, John Walker graduated from River Valley High School in 1979, was in the US Army reserves from 1981-86, and has been in the pest control industry for many years. John has been married for 23 years to wife Robin, and has two children - a son, 20, and a daughter, 17.
Outdoor activities, pheasant hunting with his dog, Reggie, and watching Packer
games with the family is John's idea of a good time. For relaxation, John spends a lot of time chasing big fish up north with friends and family.
John met Joe while servicing Joe's Taco John's business in Monona at the time. John and Joe discovered they had a lot of like and common interests and became quick friends. And so, Badger Country Pest Control was formed!
About Joe
A life-long resident of Monona, Joe graduated in 1981 from Monona Grove High School and has been a prominent business man in the area for over 28 years, having owned and operated both Taco John's and the Southbay Lounge and Grill. Joe and his wife Marita, still proudly reside in Monona along with their German Shorthair dogs, Jersey and Cheyenne.
Joe's free time is spent fishing with Marita and friends, and pheasant hunting with the dogs around the Badger State. During the spring and summer months gardening and planting wildlife food plots tops Joe's list. This year Joe and Marita are raising 400 pheasants to release in their CRP land. Joe still loves to hike and take pictures of wildlife and in 1999 was proud to summit Mt. Rainer in Washington State. And like most of Wisconsinites, Joe's Sundays are spent either listening to or watching our beloved Packers.
John and Joe met when John started treating Joe's home and restaurants for pest control. It wasn't until this past winter of ´07 that John and Joe discussed partnering to open Badger Country Pest Control.
"As you will experience as I did when working with John he is very knowledgeable and conscientious individual who takes customer service very seriously. We know your family, pets and free time is very important. We hope you trust us as your pest control partner so you can spend your time enjoying your passions and not worrying about pest problems. Have a great summer! Thanks for checking out our web site!" -- Joe
